About East of Eden

East of Eden was Founded by Abby McLachlan, who had the idea of creating a yoga studio and lifestyle hub called East of Eden in Walthamstow back in 2013 when she was working in music as a lone parent, crossing London to go to classes.
East of Eden opened in 2015 and since then has gone from strength to strength, with over 100 yoga, Pilates and barre classes each week in three studios and online. East of Eden also collaborates with a number of partners, from the Natural History Museum to Wilderness Festival, creating unique live music and yoga experiences beyond the Walthamstow studio.
With a thriving community, the newly created East of Eden At Home platform brings the magic of this inclusive and vibrant studio to the online world. East of Eden At Home classes are livestreamed direct from the studio to your home. Helping you stay connected through movement, in a world full of restrictions and uncertainty. Enjoy best in class teaching from the supportive East of Eden teachers and connect with other students in an inclusive onlinecommunity.
With thanks to the customers, teachers, and staff who make East of Eden the friendly, welcoming home that it is.
